I woke up with a HUGE headache, so glasses seemed the natural choice for the day. Today is casual friday at work, and on this day, most people decide to wear jeans. However, our directors don't. And since that's where I want to be one day, I figured placing myself with them on Fridays and refusing to wear jeans makes me one step closer to a position with them. I'm a big believer that your outfit and more importantly, how you feel in your outfit, is a big reflection of your attitude and your confidence for the day. So on Fridays, I feel a little more important than the typical employee.
Pretty much all from f21 except the cardigan was thrifted and the earrings are $1 from Claires
Tip from todays outfit: running late & don't have time to iron your shirt? Throw a cardigan on to try to cover as many wrinkles as possible.
Haha! I love the tip of the day-I hate ironing so I will definitely be using this one. I agree with your logic though-dress the part if you want people to really take you seriously. You look great!
